Quick Weekend Trip
This past weekend (March 2-4) was beautiful. We FINALLY traded the continuous rain for some sunshine and a hint of warmth! Johnny has been wanting to get on some water, so the warmth and all the days of rain made it a perfect match for us. We drove over to Alabama on Saturday. Johnny met up with a large group of folks and paddled the Sauty River. While he was on the water the boys and I had fun hiking and exploring an abandoned state park. Here are some of our memories! This was as close to a family portrait as I have. You would think since I lost all of our pictures a few months ago I would have snapped one...but hey, there will hopefully be more adventures ahead!
